  1. Clash purists will never accept this record and to be fair, there is no point in even trying to convince them. It's often stated this was a lost opportunity for the band but by , Joe Strummer was burned out so instead of a creative rebirth, 'Cut The Crap' serves as the last stand for one of the most creative and vibrant bands the planet has /5(97).

  2. The Jail Guitar. Doors music charity has been responsible for reuniting Clash members Mick Jones and Topper Headon in the studio for the first time in nearly 30 years.. The charity, which provides musical instruments to prison inmates, was founded by singer-songwriter Billy Bragg to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the death of Clash frontman Joe Strummer.
